Tina Thomson has been with Realty One/ Howard Hanna and Bob Szarek for 12 years. As an Administrative Partner, Tina assists Bob with all functions of The Szarek Team. She is also Listing Coordinator for the Szarek Team. Tina is involved with and oversees the listing process from start to finish, focusing on promotion of listing in the mass media, advertising, showings and feedback and details of customer service. She has also assumed the duties of Adminstrative Director for LuxuryHomesWest.com. Tina and her husband Jim live in Westlake and have two daughters.
Melissa Pereksta has been part of the Realty One/ Howard Hanna family since 1996. As the Szarek Team Closing Coordinator, Melissa oversees each and every sale, from the day the contract is signed to the day the keys are exchanged - and beyond. As a Barristers of Ohio Title Company Service Representative, Melissa is able and happy to provide Szarek Team members direct access to information on their clients' property. Melissa lives in Rocky River with her husband Jim, their two sons, and their cats.
